摘要
装配式住宅是目前我国普通住宅的生产和建造方式的一次重大的革新,也是普通住宅在新时期的建设趋势,装配式建筑和绿色建材是建筑领域绿色发展实践的重要内容。通过对装配式住宅建设技术研究,将装配式住宅技术与绿色建筑理念相结合,从实际案例分析中提炼出观点为住宅产业中实现节约资源、保护环境和减少污染提供建议。
The prefabricated house is a major innovation in the production and construction of ordinary residential buildings in China.It is also the construction trend of ordinary houses in the new era.Prefabricated buildings and green building materials are important contents in the green development practice of the building sector.This paper combines the concept of prefabricated residential construction technology with the concept of green building,and extracts ideas from actual case analysis to provide suggestions for saving resources,protecting the environment and reducing pollution in the residential industry.
