摘要 要建设高等教育强国,必然要树立高等教育自信。中国高等教育自信源自于丰厚的历史积淀、扎实的现实基础和特有的政治优势;中国古代、近代及中华人民共和国成立初期的高等教育构成了中国高等教育自信丰厚的历史积淀;我国已成为高等教育大国、高等教育整体已处于世界中上水平、高等教育的国际影响力日益增强、高等教育改革整体推进构成了中国高等教育自信扎实的现实基础;坚持党对高等教育的领导、坚持以人民为中心的思想、坚持社会主义办学方向、坚持新发展理念构成了中国高等教育自信的特有政治优势;通过构建中国高等教育话语体系、建设高等教育强国来不断提升中国高等教育自信。 To build a powerful country in higher education, it is necessary to build up self - confidence in higher education. The self - confidence in Chinese higher education originates from the rich historical accumulation, the solid realistic foundation and the unique political superiority. The higher education in ancient China, modem times and the early days of the founding of the people ' s Republic of China constituted the rich historical accumulation of self - confidence in China's higher education. China has become a great nation of higher education;the whole higher education is in the upper level of the world;the international influence of higher education is increasing day by day;and the overall promotion of higher education reform constitutes the realistic foundation of self - confidence in Chinese higher education. The adherence to the leadership of the Party to higher education, the people - centered ideology, the direction of socialist school - running and the new concept of development constitute the unique political superiority of self - confidence in China's higher education. Meanwhile, self - confidence in Chinay s higher education is constantly being promoted, through the construction of the discourse system of higher education and establishment of a powerful country in higher education.
