摘要
目的:研究犬乳牙根尖周炎对继承恒牙生长、发育及萌出的影响。方法:取40 d龄杂交犬6只,将51-54和84作为实验组,61-64和74作为对照组。实验组牙齿开髓内封内毒素(LPS)棉球,术后观察牙齿及相应根尖区黏膜,拍摄根尖片。观察乳、恒牙替换及继承恒牙牙体变化,并通过对牙体异常区域进行扫描电镜超微结构观察及能谱分析。结果:实验组继承恒牙早萌率为60%;釉质发育不全率为33.3%,SEM下呈尖笋状或蜂窝状,EDS示釉质发育不全区Ca, P含量较对照组低(P<0.05); 2组间Ca/P无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳牙根尖周炎可导致继承恒牙早萌及釉质发育不全。
Objective:To study the effects of deciduous teeth with apical periodontits on the development of permanent successors.Methods:6 healthy mongrel puppies aged 40 days were used.According to the FDI(Federation Dentaire Internationale)system,51-54 and 84 were included in the experimental group,61-64 and 74 in the control group.The pulp of experimental teeth was exposed and sealed with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Postoperative X-ray examination was taken and the mucosa corresponding apical region was observed.Changes of the permanent successor and the replacement of primary teeth by permanent teeth were recorded.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS)were used to observe the ultrastructure of aberrant regions in the specimens.Results:Premature eruption was observed in 60%of the permanent successors in the experimental group,enamel hypoplasia accounted for 33.3%of the successors.Enamel hypoplasia areas appeared as slender,bamboo-like or honeycomb-like enamel rods.By EDS,Ca and P in enamel hypoplasia areas in experimental group decreased compared with that in the control group(P<0.05);however,Ca/P was not statistically different between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Apical periodontitis of the primary teeth can lead to early eruption and enamel hypoplasia of permanent successors.
