摘要
目的应用根尖诱导的动物模型评价骨形成蛋白(BMP)及MTA对根尖诱导的促进作用。方法利用6月龄Beagle犬的前磨牙制备年轻恒牙根尖停止发育的动物模型,并对不同牙齿根管随机采用四种方法:(1)对照组;开放不充填;(2)Ca(OH)2组:Ca(OH)2充填;(3)MTA组:MTA充填;(4)BMP组:根尖区应用BMP+Ca(OH),糊剂充填。术后3个月处死动物,取标本进行X线检查及常规脱钙切片组织学检查,观察牙根发育及根尖孔封闭状况。结果X线检查显示,单纯开放的患牙其根尖均未能继续发育;单纯使用Ca(OH):的患牙根尖继续发育,但根尖封闭不完全;使用MTA及Ca(OH)2+BMP糊剂的牙齿根尖继续发育,根尖封闭完全。组织学检查表明,Ca(OH):组中仅1/6牙齿形成了根尖封闭,MTA组中5/6牙齿根尖形成了根尖的关闭及钙化屏障,BMP组中全部牙齿(6/6)的根尖均形成了根尖的关闭及钙化屏障。结论6月龄Beagle犬的前磨牙可作为研究根尖诱导成形的动物模型。单纯Ca(OH)2糊剂对根尖诱导成形的作用有限。使用BMP或MTA均可对未发育完全的根尖起到良好的诱导作用,促进根尖的发育及根尖孔的封闭。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of BMP and MTA for apexification in immature roots of dogs. Methods Six-mouth-old Beagle dogs' premolars were used to make animal models. Different root canals were adopted 4 methods randomly for 3 months. ( 1 ) Exposing the pulp without filling; (2) filling the pulp with Ca (OH) 2 ; ( 3 ) filling the pulp with MTA;(4)filled with BMP + Ca(OH) 2, The growth of the root and the condition of closure of the apical foramina were evaluated with X-ray and histologic examinations. Results The results showed that the difference in the degree of root growth and amount of closure of the apical foramina among the four groups was significant. The root apexes of the teeth filled with MTA or BMP + Ca (OH) 2 could keep growing and the apical foramina were completely closed. In addition,in the MTA group, about 5/6 teeth had apical closure with a calcific barrier while all teeth had apical closure with a calcific barrier in the BMP group. Conclusion Six-month-old Beagle dogs' premolars were suitable for animal models for apexification. The effect of using Ca(OH) 2 simply for apexification is limited. BMP or MTA both could not only have well inducement to the undeveloped root apexes,but also promote the growth and the closure of the apical foramina. It will shorten the treatment of the apexification and increase the success rate.
