摘要
目的使用中国药典2015版第一增补本人参、西洋参项下有机氯农药残留的测定方法,对人参、西洋参中七种有机氯农药残留进行检测。方法按照有机氯农药残留下的检测方法,配制混合对照品,设置气相色谱仪条件,绘制工作曲线,处理人参、西洋参样品,在相同色谱条件下进行定量分析。结果本实验室有能力使用该方法对人参、西洋参进行定量分析,实验结果真实、可靠。
Objective Seven organochlorine pesticide residues in ginseng and American ginseng were tested using the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition to supplement the determination method of organochlorine pesticide residues under ginseng and American ginseng.Methods According to the detection method of organochlorine pesticide residues,a mixed reference substance was prepared,gas chromatograph conditions were set,a working curve was drawn,ginseng and American ginseng samples were processed,and quantitative analysis was performed under the same chromatographic conditions.Results The laboratory has the ability to use this method to quantitatively analyze ginseng and American ginseng.The experimental results are true and reliable.
