摘要
氨基酸分析是生命科学研究中最重要的技术之一。本文回顾了近年来国内外氨基酸分析技术的研究进展(如化学分析法、光谱分析法、电化学分析法、毛细管电泳分析法、色谱分析法等),着重介绍了氨基酸柱前衍生化处理和反相高效液相色谱法测定技术的发展,讨论了不同的衍生化试剂的实验效果。通过对各种衍生化方法的综合分析,为氨基酸的色谱分析提供了一定的参考。
Amino acid analysis is one of most important technologies used in life science.In this study,the development of technique and methods for amino acid analysis were reviewed and summarized for reference to routine amino acid analysis,such as chemical analysis,spectrum analysis method and so on.The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) with pre-column derivation was especially discussed in order to provide references for the researchers in this area.
