受电弓弓头转角优化与可靠性分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对受电弓的多铰链空间运动机构,采用局部坐标系的相对坐标方法对铰链位置在二维空间内进行参数表示,采用优化拉丁方方法对弓头升弓转角进行优化和可靠性分析,使弓头升弓转角显著减小,弓头滑板可达到优良的平动状态和可靠性指标,能快速有效地为多铰链受电弓机构的设计提供技术支持。 Aiming at the multi-hinge spatial motion mechanism of pantograph,the relative coordinate method of local coordinate system was used to express the parameters of hinge position in two-dimensional space,and the optimization Latin square method was used to optimize and reliability analysis of the bow-head rotation angle.The bow-head angle was significantly reduced,and the bowhead sliding plate could achieve excellent translation state and reliability index,which could rapidly and effectively provide technical support for the design of hinge pantograph mechanism.
