摘要
高速动车组受电弓的可靠性对其安全行驶极其重要。文章将一种可靠性评估方法——GO法的原理运用到高速动车组受电弓系统的RAMS评估当中去。GO法可以直接进行系统可靠性定量计算而不需进行复杂的状态组合概率计算,且易于编程,适于工程应用。文章首先介绍了GO法的基本原理,然后对DSA250型单臂受电弓的升降弓方式以及相对应的GO图建立进行了详细的剖析,通过GO法运算得出了最终的可靠性数据。实践证明,此方法对高速动车组受电弓的设计改良、保养检修、故障排查等具有切实意义。
Reliability of the pantograph is of utmost importance to safe and normal operation of high speed EMU. In this paper, the theory of a kind of reliability evaluation method GO methodology is applied in RAMS assessment of the pantograph. GO method can directly deal with quantitative calculation of system reliability with no need for probability calculation of complex state combination, easy to be programmed and suitable for engineering application. This paper first introduces the basic principle of GO method, and then makes detailed analysis on the lifting and dropping of type DSA250 pantograph and the establishment of GO chart. Finally, the reliability data is obtained by using GO calculation. Practice has proved that this method has a practical significance to the design improvements, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of pantograph of high speed EMU.
