摘要
为解决汽车板涂装工艺模拟装置中试样传送不便、定位不准及设备操作自动化不高等问题,基于PLC控制原理设计了一套涂装滑台控制系统,详细地阐述了该控制系统的设计结构、程序等,并且测试检验了该控制系统的有效性及滑台运行的精准性。最终实现了对滑台前进、后退、定位及涂装整个过程的精确、有效控制,较好地满足了实验中全自动化的工作需求。
A control system of coating slide table is designed based on the principle of PLC control in this paper.The design structure and program of the control system are elaborated in detail,and the validity of the control system and the precision of sliding table operation are tested and verified.Finally,the precise and effective control of the whole process of sliding table forward,backward,positioning and painting is realized,which satisfies the requirement of full automation in the experiment.
