摘要 为解决传统采煤机有线监测系统的诸多缺点及问题,以ZigBee无线传感器技术为核心技术,综合考虑实际采煤机工作环境及经济成本等问题,设计了采煤机状态无线监测系统。系统包括采煤机采集数据系统、采煤机状态监测系统和采煤机数据无线传输系统三大部分,选择六边星型拓扑结构作为网络结构。并在系统设计完成后,通过实验室测试检验了系统的可行性,测试结果表明该系统满足本次设计要求,可以投入实际使用。 In order to solve many shortcomings and problems of traditional shearer wired monitoring system, ZigBee wireless sensor technology as the core technology, comprehensive consideration of practical shearer working environment and economic costs, and so on. The condition wireless monitoring system of shearer is designed. The system consists of three parts: the data collection system of shearer, the condition monitoring system of shearer and the wireless transmission system of data of shearer. The topology structure of hexagonal star type is chosen as the network structure. After the design of the system is completed, the feasibility of the system is tested by laboratory tests. The test results show that the system meets the design requirements and can he used in practice.
