摘要
高支模监测传统做法是利用光学仪器依靠人工进行,该方式具有不连续、响应慢、监测范围狭小、精度不高、安装复杂等诸多问题。为解决上述问题,采用电子仪器结合无线传输方式构建了高支模无线监测系统。该系统能够实时监测高支模的轴向力、位移、倾角和加速度等参数,当这些参数超过预设值时,系统会自动报警,提醒施工人员紧急撤离并及时排除险情,从而预防因模板变形、架体变形及局部承压过大而发生事故,确保安全。
The traditional method of monitoring system with high formwork is to use optical instruments manually.This method has many problems,such as discontinuity,slow response,narrow range of monitoring,low precision,complex installation and so on.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes using electronic instruments and wireless transmission mode to build a wireless monitoring system with highformwork.This system can monitor the axial force,displacement,inclination and acceleration of highformwork in real time.When these parameters exceed the preset value,the system will automatically give an alarm to remind the constructors to make an emergency evacuation and eliminate dangerous situations in time,so as to prevent accidents in advance caused by formwork deformation,frame deformation and local excessive pressure,thus ensuring safety.
