摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜下妊娠物切除术治疗Ⅱ型子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的可行性。方法:回顾性分析我院2013年1月~2015年12月行子宫瘢痕切开修复+妊娠物清除手术治疗的21例Ⅱ型子宫瘢痕妊娠患者(对照组),以及2016年1月~2017年12月行宫腔镜妊娠物病灶清除术治疗的33例Ⅱ型子宫瘢痕妊娠患者(宫腔镜组),比较两组的手术用时、术中出血量、术后住院时间等指标。结果:两组患者的血β-HCG在住院期间下降均>80%,宫腔镜组在手术用时、术中出血量和术后住院时间上均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜检查+宫腔镜下妊娠物清除是一种有效的Ⅱ型CSP治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of hysteroscopy in the treatment of type Ⅱ cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP). Methods :Retrospective analysis was performed in 21 cases of type Ⅱ CSP (control group,treated with resection repair of the cesarean scar plus curettages in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2015) and another 33 cases of type Ⅱ CSP(hysteroscopy group,treated with hysteroscopy curettages in our hospital between January 2016 and December 2017).The two groups were compared concerning the operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay. Results :Blood β-HCG was decreased by>80% in the two groups of patients during hospitalization,yet patients in the hysteroscopy group had reduced operative time,lower intraoperative blood loss and shortened postoperative hospital stay than those in the control group( P< 0.05). Conclusion :Hysteroscopy combined with hysteroscopic curettages can be effective in the treatment for type Ⅱ CSP.
