摘要
地方师范院校的改革发展问题是当前高等教育研究的热点问题之一。相较于师范大学而言,地方师范院校在学术研究方面应该广泛培育、择优发展。在应用型发展方面,地方师范院校可以结合地区和已有学科特点,选择部分专业进行实践。教师教育应该是当前地方师范院校发展的重点,地方师范院校可以通过提升教师教育课程地位、改革课程设置、完善教育实习指导和介入新兴教育市场的方式来实现地方师范院校的长远发展。
The transformation of local normal colleges is been promoted by popularization of high education, diversified sources of teachers, professionalization of teaching career and integration of teacher education. Local normal colleges should raise widely, develop selectively for scientific research fields. The applied specialties been selected which better be based on the combination of the local economics and the existing specialties. The main stream of transformation is in teachers education, which can be realized by promoting the status of teachers educational courses, adjustment of the courses contents, improvement of the educational practices, development the supporting industry of education and intervention the market for primary and secondary educations, which also been achieved for the development of the colleges, the local economics and the local primary and secondary schools.
