摘要
[目的]观察复方甘草酸苷注射液对婴儿湿疹的疗效,探讨其作用机制。[方法]将181例婴儿湿疹患者采用随机法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用体积分数为10%的葡萄糖酸钙注射液联合糠酸莫米松乳膏进行干预治疗,治疗组则采用复方甘草酸苷注射液联合糠酸莫米松乳膏进行治疗。治疗后分别采用湿疹面积及严重度指数(eczema area and severity index,EASI)进行评分,评价其疗效;采集患儿外周血,采用流式细胞仪检测Th1、Th2和Th17细胞比例,采用ELISA双抗夹心法检测IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL17和g E水平。[结果]治疗组有效率85.40%,对照组有效率68.54%,两组具有显著性差异(P <0.05)。治疗组经治疗Th1/Th2比例明显增加,Th17比例明显减少,外周血细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-2水平明显增高,IL-4、IL17和Ig E水平明显下降,与治疗前相比具有显著性差异(P <0.05);对照组治疗后Th1/Th2、Th17细胞比例,IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL17、Ig E水平与治疗前相比无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。[结论]治疗组对婴儿湿疹疗效干预明显优于对照组治疗,其机制可能与调节Th1/Th2细胞平衡和Th17细胞有关。
[Objective]To explore the clinical application of compound glycyrrhizin injection in infantile eczema.[Methods]The181 cases of eczema infants were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with10% calcium gluconate injection combined with mometasone furoate cream;The treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with mometasone furoate treatment.After treatment,the eczema area and severity index(EASI)were used to evaluate the curative effect.The levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-1 and IL-1 were measured by ELISA double-tube sandwich method.The levels of Th1,Th2 and Th17 cells were detected by flow cytometry.[Results]The effective rate was 85.40%in the treatment group and 68.54% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the levels of Th1/Th2 were significantly increased,theproportion of Th17 was significantly decreased,the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in peripheral blood were significantly increased,and the levels of IL-4,IL17 and Ig E were significantlydecreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of Th1/Th2 and Th17 cells,IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL17 and Ig E in the control group were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with mometasone furoate cream is better than 10% calcium gluconate injection combined with mometasone furoate cream,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of Th1/Th2 cell balance and Th17 cell.
