安徽“政-校-园”三位一体办园模式改革——以合肥幼教集团为例 被引量:2

摘要 新时代人民对优质学前教育资源的需求日益迫切,必须不断推进幼儿园办园模式的改革。在充分吸收借鉴国内外幼儿园办园模式优点的基础上,依托高校智力支持,由政府购买服务,积极探索"政—校—园"三位一体办园模式。实践表明,这一模式实现了管办分离,落实了幼儿园办园自主权,深化了校企合作内涵,有利于多方共赢。应进一步优化编制配比,提高人才待遇;加强政、校、园三方协商,促进优质幼教资源的合理流动和优化配置。 In the new era, people's demand for high-quality preschool education resources is becoming more and more urgent. We must constantly promote the reform of kindergarten mode. On the basis of fully absorbing and drawing lessons from the advantages of kindergarten-running models at home and abroad, relying on the intellectual support of colleges and universities, the government purchases services, and actively explores the trinity of "government-school-garden" mode of running kindergartens. Practice shows that this model achieves the separation of management and management, implements the autonomy of kindergartens, deepens the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation, and is conducive to win-win situation. We should further optimize the formulation of the ratio, improve the treatment of talents, strengthen the tripartite consultation among the government, schools and kindergartens, and promote the rational flow and optimal allocation of high-quality preschool education resources.
