摘要
某型900t提梁机冷却系统马达频繁故障,故障现象表现为齿轮磨损、轴断裂。根据液压原理图建立AMESim仿真模型,对风扇叶片转动惯量进行计算,将计算结果代入仿真模型,对系统进行分析。仿真结果表明,造成以上问题的原因为系统冲击过大。改进后的系统故障消除,验证了仿真的正确性。
The cooling system motor of a 900t gantry crane often fails, and the failures include gear wear and shaft fracture. According to the hydraulic schematic diagram, AMESim simulation model is established to calculate the moment of inertia of fan blades, and the calculation results are substituted into the simulation model to analyze the system. Simulation results show that the cause of the above problems is the excessive impact of the system. The system fault after improvement is eliminated, which verifies the correctness of such simulation.
