摘要
采煤机行走部齿轮磨损严重会影响采煤机工作的稳定性,甚至引起不必要的安全故障。针对采煤机行走部磨损问题,简要分析了行走部齿轮磨损的主要原因,并提出了有效的防治措施。实践证明,采用行走部齿轮防范措施后,齿轮磨损情况明显改善,保证了采煤机的生产效能。
The gear wear of walking part of coal winning machine will seriously affect the stability of shearer's work, and even cause unnecessary safety failures. In view of the wear problem of the walking part of coal winning machine, this paper briefly analyzed the main reason of the gear wear of the walking part and put forward effective prevention measures. The practice has proved that after adopting the preventive measures of the gear in walking part, the wear condition of the gear is improved obviously and the production efficiency of the coal winning machine is guaranteed.
