摘要
高职学生的技能共享涉及到职业教育中的所有技能。社会需求的产业化供给导致高职技能培养与学生就业、创业方向的关联性存在着较为显著的差异。传统行业中的成功经验共享为高职学生提供了技能共享的创业思路,可以围绕着研发、生产、服务、合作四种途径或模式实施技能共享,但这也引起了共享方式、服务群体、网络平台等方面的一系列变化。从共享的角度思考职业教育发展之路,将为校企合作、产学研相结合等高职培养模式改革及创业教育效果的提升开辟一条新的思路。
Skill Sharing generally refers to common skills, involving in all skills of vocational education. The industrialized supply of social demand leads to significant differences in the correlation between vocational skills training and students' employment and entrepreneurship direction. The successful experience sharing in traditional industries provides vocational college students with the entrepreneurial idea of skill sharing, which can be carried out through four ways:research and development, production, service and cooperation. However, it has caused a series of changes in the way of sharing, service groups and network platforms. It is a new way to think about the development of vocational education from the perspective of sharing.
