摘要
以食品加工中配料控制系统的速度控制为例,结合MODBUS通信协议、通信方式和数据格式,基于台达PLC,构建了通过一台PLC控制多个变频器进行调速的工业控制方式,阐述了以MODBUS通信方式对设备进行远程控制时,PLC主站的软件设计方法、硬件连接以及参数的设置方法,并在实际应用中取得了良好的控制效果。
This paper takes the speed control of the batching control system in food processing as an example,uses MODBUS communication protocol,communication method and data format to construct,the industrial control method of controlling multiple inverters,based on Delta PLC and describes the software design method,hardware connection and parameter setting method of the PLC main station in the device remotely controlled by MODBUS communication.The good control effect is achieved in the practical applications.
