摘要
随着电力系统中可再生能源发电占比的不断增加和电转气技术的逐步成熟,电力系统和天然气系统的耦合程度逐步加深,电-气集成能源系统应运而生。这将影响电力系统的运行状态,进而影响对输电断面的识别。在此背景下,发展考虑IEGES运行安全性的电力系统动态输电断面识别方法。首先,以最小化系统运行成本为目标函数,考虑电力系统的物理运行约束,建立IEGES环境下电力系统的运行优化模型。接着,采用扩展拉丁超立方算法模拟间歇性可再生能源发电出力的不确定性,并对样本进行削减并生成含概率信息的典型场景集合。然后,采用基于分区的输电断面搜索方法对IEGES环境下的电力系统进行输电断面识别。最后,以修改的IEEE 39节点电力系统和比利时20节点天然气系统所构成的IEGES为例,对所提方法进行说明并验证其有效性。
With ever increasing share of natural gas power generation in a power system and the gradually matured gas (P2G) technology, the coupling of the power system and natural gas system is reinforced accordingly and an integrated electricity-gas energy system (IEGES) will then be built. This will inevitably lead to operation state changes of power system and have impacts on the identification of dynamic power transmission sections. Given this background, a method is proposed to identify dynamic power transmission sections in the power system by considering the operation security of IEGES. Firstly, considering the operation constraints of power system, the operation optimization model of power system in the IEGES environment is built to minimize the system operation cost as the objective function. Next, an improved Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) algorithm is utilized to simulate the uncertainties of intermittent renewable energy generation outputs and generate typical scenarios with associate probabilities included. Then, the identification of power transmission sections is carried out by applying a search method of regional transmission section. Finally, an IEGES including a modified IEEE 39-bus power system and a Belgium 20-bus natural gas system is simulated to demonstrate the proposed method.
