摘要
以中国古老月季品种月月红、月月粉为试材,研究高温胁迫对其生理特性和叶绿素荧光参数的影响,筛选评价月季耐热性的指标,并利用综合隶属函数进行耐热性评价,为研究月季耐热性机制提供依据。结果表明:随着高温胁迫时间的延长,2种月季相对电导率、固定荧光(Fo)呈持续上升趋势,最大荧光产量(Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、光合电子传递速率(ETR)、有效光化学量子产量(Fv′/Fm′)呈持续下降趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量(月月红)、可溶性糖(SS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈现先上升后下降的趋势;月月红MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SS含量、SOD活性在处理6 h均达到最大值,而月月粉Pro含量、SS含量、SOD活性则在处理12 h或24 h达到最大值;高温胁迫12~24 h,月月红Fm、qP、ETR、Fv′/Fm′均显著下降,而月月粉除Fm、Fv′/Fm′显著下降外,qP、ETR无显著变化。通过对2种月季13项指标进行耐热性指标筛选得知,可作为评价月季耐热性的指标有Fm、qP、ETR、Fv′/Fm′、Fo、qN及相对电导率、SS含量、叶绿素含量、SOD活性、MDA含量。耐热综合指数显示,月月红(0.520)耐热性稍强于月月粉(0.496)。
To optimize the indexes for evaluating the heat tolerance of China rose,the ancient cultivars Slater and Old Blush were selected to research the effects of high temperature stress on their physiological characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.On the basis of above,comprehensive membership function was used to evaluate the heat tolerance of China rose,which would provide the prerequisite for studying the mechanism of heat tolerance of China rose.Results showed that:With the prolongation of high temperature treatment time,the Rec and Fo of the two kinds of rose showed a continuous upward trend,and the Fm,qP,ETR,Fv′/Fm′ showed a continuous downward trend,and the MDA content,Pro content(Slater),SS content,SOD activity increased first and then decreased.The MDA content,SP content,SS content and SOD activity of Slater reached the maximum at 6 h after treatment,while the Pro content,SS content and SOD activity of Old Blush reached the maximum at 12 h or 24 h;After 12 h to 24 h of high temperature stress,the Fm,qP,ETR and Fv′/Fm′ of Slater significantly decreased,while the Fm and Fv′/Fm′ of the Old Blush decreased significantly,and there were no significant changes in qP and ETR.Through the screening of heat tolerance indicators from the 13 indicators of the two rose varieties,the indicators for evaluating the heat resistance of the rose were Fm,qP,ETR,Fv′/Fm′,Fo,qN and Rec,SS,Chl content,SOD activity,MDA content.The heat resistance composite index showed that the Slater(0.520) was slightly stronger than Old Blush(0.496).
