摘要
目的探究心肌钙蛋白(cardiac troponin, cTn)、肌酸激酶、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)及同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)的检测在心血管疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的137例冠心病患者作为试验组,其中包括稳定性心绞痛患者54例、不稳定性心绞痛患者48例、急性心肌梗死患者35例,选取同期在我院体检的正常人50例作为对照组,检测其血清中心肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶、TC及HCY的水平并进行比较。结果试验组患者血清中心肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶、TC及HCY的水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);急性心肌梗死患者肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶、TC及HCY均高于不稳定性心绞痛患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);不稳定性心绞痛患者肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶、TC及HCY均高于稳定性心绞痛患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合检出率较各指标单独检测阳性检出率高,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶、TC及HCY的联合检测在临床诊断心血管疾病中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical values of Cardiac Troponin,Creatine Kinase,TC,HCY for the testing of Coronary Heart Disease.Methods 137 patients with Coronary Heart Disease,who were admitted and treated in our hospital were selected for this study as the trial group,including 54 patients with stable angina pectoris,48 patients with unstable angina pectoris,and 35 patients with acute myocardial infarction.At the same time,50 healthy people,who were admitted for the physical examination in our hospital,were chosen as the control group.Then the concentration and the positive rate of Cardiac Troponin,Creatine Kinase,TC,HCY in all of the participants were detected.Results The levels of Cardiac Troponin,Creatine Kinase,TC and HCY in the trail group were all higher than that in the control group,(P <0.05),while the levels of Disease Cardiac Troponin,Creatine Kinase,TC and HCY in patients with acute myocardial infarction were higher than that in patients with stable angina pectoris,(P <0.05),furthermore,the levels of these markers in patients with unstable angina pectoris were higher than that in patients with stable angina pectoris(P <0.05).The joint detection rate of Disease Cardiac Troponin,Creatine Kinase,TC and HCY was higher than any of the single-marker detection(P <0.05).Conclusion The joint detection rate of Disease Cardiac Troponin,Creatine Kinase,TC and HCY is feasible in detecting the Heart Disease.
