摘要
激素补充治疗与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系,近年来已成为研究的热点和有争议的问题。有关激素补充治疗对冠心病相关危险因素影响的研究,尤其是新近引起关注的新的相关危险因素的研究,还缺乏系统性分析,各项研究的观点也不尽相同。本文对冠心病相关危险因素及性激素补充治疗与冠心病相关性进行综述。
In recent years,the relationship between hormone replacement therapy and coronary heart disease has become a hot and controversial issue. There is no systematic research about effect of hormone therapy on the risk factors of coronary heart disease that,especially in some new studies of the related risk factors,or the study＇s views are not the same. This article reviews the related risk factors of coronary heart disease,and then summarizes the relationship between hormone replacement therapy and the related risk factors associated with coronary heart disease.
