摘要
激光实验是光电信息科学与工程专业重要的实验课程。文章选取其中之一:氦-氖激光器光束特性的实验测定与分析来详细论述,主要包括:实验的具体操作过程、数据记录和处理以及误差分析,并在误差分析基础上对实验操作进行合理调整,结果显示误差变小。该实验课程既可以帮助学生理解基模高斯光束性质,又可以锻炼其动手以及独立思考分析的能力。
The course of Laser experiments is very important for the major of Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering. In this paper, one of the experiments, experimental measurement and analysis on the Characteristics of He-Ne Laser is given detailed description. It's mainly included that: the operation method, data recording and processing, error analysis and correction. The students can understand in depth the properties of fundamental-mode Gaussian beam and exercise their abilities of manipulative and independent thinking.
