摘要
煤炭液化反应性的高压釜试验方法(GB/T33690—2017)规定了煤炭液化反应性的术语和定义、方法提要、试剂和材料、仪器设备、煤样制备与处理、操作步骤、结果计算、方法精密度和试验报告等技术要求,以转化率和油产率为主要指标并以氢耗率、气产率、水产率和沥青质产率等为辅助指标评价煤炭液化反应性。对煤炭液化反应性的相关指标和试验步骤要点进行解析,采用GB/T33690—2017方法对淖毛湖煤、榆林煤和胜利煤的液化反应性进行评价。评价结果表明,淖毛湖煤的液化反应性优于胜利煤,胜利煤的液化反应性优于榆林煤。
The test method of coal liquefaction activity by autoclave (GB/T 33690-2017) has stipulated terms and definitions,methods summary,reagents and materials,instruments and equipments,preparation and treatment of coal sample,operation steps,results calculation,precision of test methods and test report of coal liquefaction reactivity.Conversion ratio and oil yield are key indicators and hydrogen consumption ratio,gas yield,water yield and asphaltenes yield are secondary indicators in evaluating coal liquefaction reactivity.The related indicators of coal liquefaction reactivity and the key points of operation steps are analyzed.The liquefaction reactivity about Naomaohu coal,Yulin coal and Shengli coal are evaluated by the test method of GB/T 33690-2017,and the results showed that the liquefaction reactivity of Naomaohu coal is better than that of Shengli coal and the liquefaction reactivity of Shengli coal is better than that of Yulin coal.
