摘要
目的研究模拟教学与PBL教学在临床教学中联合应用的效果。方法选取2015年2月1日—2016年2月10日我院收取的临床实习生200名作为研究对象。采用抽签分组方式,将研究对象分为观察组(100名)与对照组(100名)。两组临床实习生分别实施模拟教学联合PBL教学、常规教学。将两组临床实习生的门诊考核成绩、操作考核成绩、理论考核成绩评分进行对比。结果观察组临床实习生的门诊考核成绩(91.21±1.01)分、操作考核成绩(89.21±2.45)分、理论考核成绩评分(92.11±1.47)分均高于对照组临床实习生的各项评分,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论模拟教学与PBL教学在临床教学中具有显著的教学效果,能提高学生各项评分,提升临床思维能力和主观能动性。
Objective To study the effect of combined application of simulation teaching and PBL teaching in clinical teaching.Methods 200 clinical interns from February 1,2015 to February 10,2016 were selected as the research objects.The research objects were divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)by drawing lots.The two groups of clinical interns were given simulated teaching combined with PBL teaching and routine teaching respectively.The outpatient examination scores,operation examination scores and theoretical examination scores of the two groups of clinical interns were compared.Results The outpatient examination score(91.21±1.01)points,operation examination score(89.21±2.45)points and theoretical examination score(92.11±1.47)points of the clinical interns in the observation group were higher than those of the clinical interns in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simulated teaching and PBL teaching have significant teaching effect in clinical teaching.They can improve students'scores,clinical thinking ability and subjective initiative.
