摘要 目的探讨LBL+PBL教学法在肿瘤放射治疗学住院医师规范化培训(住培)教学中的价值。方法选取2017级肿瘤放射治疗学住培学员作为研究对象,采用LBL+PBL模式教学(研究组,n=37);回顾分析2016级肿瘤放射治疗住培学员作为对照组,采用LBL模式教学(对照组,n=35)。对比、分析两组学员出科考核成绩及教学满意度评分。结果研究组考试成绩及教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学法作为新的教学理念与方法,有助于培养学员临床思维、发挥学生主动性、培养创新能力等,从而提高肿瘤放射治疗科临床教学质量。 Objective To explore the value of LBL+PBL teaching method in the teaching of cancer radiotherapy.Methods The students of grade 2017 in cancer radiotherapy were selected as the research subjects,and were taught by LBL+PBL mode(study group,n=37).A retrospective analysis was made of the resident trainees of cancer radiotherapy in 2016 as the control group,who were taught in LBL mode(control group,n=35).Comparing and analyzing two groups of students'outgoing examination results and teaching satisfaction scores.Results The scores of examination scores and teaching satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method,as a new teaching idea and method,is helpful to train students'clinical thinking,give full play to students'initiative and cultivate innovative ability,so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching in oncology radiotherapy department.
