摘要
根据国家发改委、能源局2015年出台的电力体制改革的相关文件精神及未来可能的电力市场竞争格局,结合佛山供电局客户服务现状,对工商业大客户服务模式进行了探讨,提出了一种高附加值的工商业大客户创新服务模式和应用思路,帮助供电企业在未来的配售电市场竞争中处于更有利的位置。
According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the power system reform introduced by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Bureau in 2015, and the possible future competition pattern of the power market, this paper discusses the service status of the business customers and the service model of Foshan Power Supply Bureau. A high value-added innovative service model and application ideas for large industrial and commercial customers will help power supply companies to be in a better position in the future market competition for the distribution market.
