摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,刑事侦查中收集到的电子数据量越来越大,如何有效地对这些数据进行筛选、分析,成为电子物证工作中的一个难题。通过将数据整合、数据挖掘、云计算、可视化等技术应用到电子物证中,有助于提升对大数据的分析、处理能力,实现从海量数据中快速、有效地挖掘出有价值的信息,从而为刑事案件突破及证据固定提供有力支撑。
With the advent of the era of big data,the amount of electronic data collected in criminal investigation will appear more and more.And how to analyze,choose and filter these electronic data effectively in the inspection of electronic physical evidence is a difficult problem.Through data integration,data mining,cloud computing and visualization techniquesused in electronic physical evidence,the capacity of the large data analysis and processing will bedeveloped and valuable information will be digged out quickly and efficiently from the mass data,and strong supports will be provided for criminal cases breakthrough and evidence fixing.
