胫骨髓内钉与胫骨钢板治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨胫骨骨折实施胫骨髓内钉与胫骨钢板治疗的临床效果。方法:对本科室2015年1月到2018年1月间83例胫骨骨折患者实施观察,随机数表分组:髓内钉组(n=41)、钢板组(n=42),髓内钉组实施胫骨髓内钉治疗,钢板组实施胫骨钢板治疗,对比不同方案对患者手术指标、术后恢复及并发症的影响。结果:髓内钉组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间较钢板组明显降低(P<0.05)。髓内钉组患者并发症发生率明显低于钢板组(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨骨折实施胫骨髓内钉治疗效果优于胫骨钢板。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of tibial bone marrow internal fixation and tibial plate in tibial fractures. Methods: Eighty-three patients with tibial fractures from January 2015 to January 2018 were observed. The random numbers were divided into groups: intramedullary nail group(n=41), plate group(n=42), and intramedullary nail group. Treatment with intramedullary nailing and tibial plate treatment in the steel plate group compared the effect of different protocols on surgical indicators, postoperative recovery, and complications. Results: The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time were significantly lower in the intramedullary nail group than in the plate group ( P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the intramedullary nail group was significantly lower than that in the plate group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: The effect of intramedullary intramedullary nail for tibial fractures is better than that of tibial plate.
