摘要
目的研究评价以学生为中心seminar教学模式在中医方剂学教学中的效果。方法选取我校2016级针灸推拿专业学生99名,将学生分为试验组(49名),对照组(50名)进行研究,其中研究试验组采用seminar教学模式授课,对照组采用传统的教学模式进行授课,最后以期末考试成绩,学生的满意度和调查问卷评分上进行对比评价。结果试验组期末总评成绩为(76.97±16.18)分,及格率为100%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);调查问卷中研究试验组对教学满意度为100%,其中非常满意占51.02%,满意度高于对照组。问卷调查的各项评分中有5项显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 seminar教学模式研究试验组有提高学生的学习兴趣和自主学习的积极性,有助于提高学生的归纳和分析问题能力以及临证的思辨能力,这说明Seminar教学模式结合中医经典医案引入中医方剂学的教学中取得了较好的教学效果。
Objective To study and evaluate the effect of student-centered seminar teaching model in the teaching of prescriptions of Chinese materia medica.Methods 99 students majoring in acupuncture and massage in Grade 2016 were divided into experimental group(49 students)and control group(50 students).Semnar teaching mode was used in experimental group and traditional teaching mode was used in control group.The final examination results,students'satisfaction and adjustment were expected.The questionnaire scores were compared and evaluated.Results The final grade of the experimental group was(76.97±16.18),and the passing rate was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the questionnaire,the satisfaction of the experimental group to teaching was 100%,of which 51.02%was very satisfactory,and the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.There were 5 scores in the questionnaire,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Semnar teaching mode can improve students'interest in learning and initiative in self-study.It is helpful to improve students'ability of induction and analysis of problems as well as their ability of thinking about clinical symptoms.It shows that seminar teaching mode combined with classical medical records has achieved good teaching effect in the teaching of prescriptions of Chinese materia medica.
