摘要 目的本研究通过对影响CT成像质量的主要性能参数和国内外CT检测标准规范进行总结归纳,形成了CT成像质量控制检测规范,有利于提升CT成像结果的精准性。方法使用不同CT检测模体对不同厂家、不同型号的CT设备进行检测,并根据相关检测分析结果,借鉴国内、外相关标准规范,广泛征求有关研究领域内的专家和CT生产企业的意见,提出修订GB 17589-2011《X射线计算机断层摄影装置质量保证检测规范》的建议。结果本研究建议CT成像的检测项目为诊断床定位精度、定位光精度、扫描架倾角精度、重建层厚偏差(s)、CTDIw、CT值(水)、均匀性、噪声、高对比分辨力、低对比可探测能力、CT值线性,提出了CT验收检测、状态检测和稳定性检测的具体检测项目及要求。结论通过执行CT质量控制检测标准规范可及时掌握设备运行状态、性能偏移并做出整改,保障了检查图像质量。 Objective In order to establish the CT imaging quality control detection specification and ensure the accuracy of CT imaging, this paper mainly summarized the main performance parameters affecting the quality of CT imaging and the CT detection standard specifications of the world. Methods Different CT test phantoms were used to test different manufacturers and different types of CT equipment. According to relevant test and analysis results, domestic and foreign relevant standards and norms were used to extensively solicit opinions from experts and CT manufacturers in relevant research fields. The recommendations have been raised to revise the GB 17589-2011 X-ray computed tomography apparatus quality assurance testing specifications. Results It is suggested that the CT imaging detection items should be diagnostic bed positioning accuracy, positioning light accuracy, gantry tilt accuracy, reconstruction layer thickness deviation (s), CTDIw, CT value (water), uniformity, noise, high contrast resolution. In addition, the low contrast detectability and the linearity of the CT value, and the specific test items and requirements for CT acceptance test, state detection and stability test were proposed. Conclusion The operation status and performance deviation of the equipment can be timely mastered by implementing the CT quality control inspection standards and specifications, and make rectification in time, so as to ensure the inspection image quality.
