摘要
目的:探讨运用中西医结合疗法治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:选取广东省清远市中医院2015年1月-2017年10月收治的输尿管结石患者120例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组60例。其中对照组每日予口服盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊0.2 mg,肌注黄体酮注射液20 mg。每日饮水2000～3000 mL,配合适当活动、跳跃等治疗。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上,增加自拟中药方排石汤。比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的总有效率78.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗输尿管结石,效果显著,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on ureteral calculi.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given hydrochloride sustained release capsule,intramuscular progesterone injection,water 2000 ~ 3000 mL daily,appropriate activities,jump and other treatment.The treatment group was given the Paishi decoction(排石汤)more.The efficacy in two groups was compared.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was 95.0%,higher than 78.3% in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on ureteral calculi shows remarkable effect and high clinical popularization value.
