摘要
泌尿系结石是严重影响人类健康的一种疾病,治疗后易复发,中医大都归属于＂石淋＂、＂血淋＂、＂砂淋＂范筹。现代医学多采用手术或其他方法碎石来治疗本病,但这些疗法往往给患者带来较大痛苦,而且也不能防止结石复发。中医药治疗尿石症具有较好的疗效,本文就近年来中医对泌尿系结石的病因病机、治疗等方面进行综述。
Urinary calculi are one of the seriouses diseases affecting human being, which is easy to recur after therapy. Urinary calculi belong to ＂ Stone strangufia＂ ,＂ bloody stranguria＂ ,＂ Sand stranguria＂ and some other system in traditional Chinese medicine. These diseases often treated by smashing stone with operation or other means in modem medicine. However, these treatment methods often bring pains to patients, which also cant prevent the recurrence of calculu. Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective in treatment of urolithiasis,This article reviewed the causes, pathogenesis and methods of urolithiasis treated with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
