摘要
创伤登记及创伤数据库的建立和运用是质量改进过程的基石。高质量的数据始于创伤登记员高质量的数据录入,创伤登记员的资质、全职、工作量、参与创伤小组工作等是保证数据质量的基础。中国创伤数据库建设才刚起步,应坚持在广大创伤工作者中推广普及创伤登记及创伤数据库建设,并用于创伤预防、创伤救治、创伤康复和创伤预后等研究,以促进中国创伤中心建设及创伤救治能力提升。
The establishment and operation of trauma registration and trauma database is the cornerstone of the quality improvement process. High-quality data depends on the high-quality data entry of trauma registrars. Qualifications,full-time work,workload and participation in trauma team work of trauma registrars are the basis of trauma data quality. The construction of trauma database in China is still in infancy stage. It is necessary to popularize trauma registry and trauma database construction among traumatic doctors and apply it to trauma prevention,trauma treatment,trauma rehabilitation and trauma prognosis,so as to promote the construction of trauma center in China and enhance the capacity of trauma treatment.
