摘要
近年来我国临床医学研究的规模和水平逐步提高,但高质量的临床注册研究以及高影响力与高被引的原创论文数量明显不足,与我国丰富的医学资源不相匹配;产出效率不佳、循证证据等级低下也会对本土医学实践产生不利影响。为此需要有效整合本土资源,形成符合疾病谱变化的规模化研究;契合新的医学模式,促进转化医学发展;加大资金投入,优化学术监管环境;构建临床研究质量管控体系,推行国际化运作模式;挖掘临床大数据,打造跨平台的专病数据库。通过上述措施联动协调,实现资源有效耦合,以促进高水平学术成果的产生,提升核心竞争力。
It has already demonstrated that the scale and level of Chinese clinical investigations have continually been increasing. However, both of the numbers of high quality clinical trials and high influencing achievements, as well as highly cited original papers were still insufficient and might not match our abundant domestic healthcare resources. Furthermore, low efficiency and low-grade evidences might jeopardize local clinical practices. In our opinion, many measures should be considered in order to boost high-level academic achievements and improve core competence, including effectively integrating domestic resources to produce high-scale researches meeting contemporary transitions of disease spectrums, applying translational medicine corresponding to new medical model, increasing financial investment and optimizing academic supervision, establishing quality control system and introducing international running pattern for clinical trials, developing cross-platform special disease databases and carrying out data mining.
