摘要
在大数据和人工智能时代,企业培训工作面临组织管理转型、教学模式变革、培训品质升级等挑战。随着外部环境的变化,企业培训呈现群体化、社会化和非正式化等趋势,学习生态概念被提出并逐渐被认可。从生态和生态系统的视角出发,可把企业培训生态系统划分为外环境与内环境、人与内环境、人与人三层关系,在所有关系中最活跃的因素是人,在每一层次中人和环境均产生互动,获得交互信息和环境支持。培训生态系统作为一个整体,具有满足培训需求、改善用户体验、净化学习环境等功能。优化企业培训生态,就是将企业培训作为一个生态系统,以培训生态观为指导思想,对其内部各组成要素之间及要素与环境之间相互作用、相互影响、相互制约的关系进行分析研究,发挥培训生态系统功能,解决培训活动中存在的问题并进行优化,达到转型升级的目的。
In the era of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, enterprise training faces challenges such as organizational management transformation, teaching mode reform, and training quality upgrading. With the change of the external environment, enterprise training shows the trend of collectivization, socialization and informalization. The concept of learning ecology is proposed and gradually recognized. From the perspective of ecology and ecosystem, the enterprise training ecosystem can be divided into three levels of relationships: external environment and internal environment, human and internal environment, and human and human. The most active factor in all relationships is human. In each level, human and environment interact to obtain interactive information and environmental support. As a whole, the training ecosystem has the functions of meeting training needs, improving user experience and purifying learning environment. Optimizing the training ecology of enterprises is to take enterprise training as an ecosystem, take the training ecology view as the guiding ideology, analyze and study the interaction, mutual influence and mutual restriction among its internal components and between the components and the environment, give full play to the function of the training ecosystem, solve the problems existing in the training activities and make optimization so as to achieve the goal of transformation and upgrading.
