轻度认知功能障碍及阿尔茨海默病高龄老人营养状态特点 被引量:5

Nutritional Status of the Elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's Disease

摘要 目的:探究MCI及AD高龄老人营养状态的特点,分析认知功能与营养状态的关系,为今后关于认知障碍老年患者的营养干预策略的研究提供临床依据。方法:纳入高龄患者共121例,其中认知功能正常者35例,MCI患者45例,AD患者41例,采用MMSE进行精神状态评估,MNA进行老年整体营养状态评估,检测三组患者血清营养相关性指标包括血红蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐等。结果:1.MCI组、AD组的血红蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐、MNA值均低于认知功能正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且AD组血红蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐、MNA值均低于MCI组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2.MCI组、AD组潜在营养不良风险及营养不良比例明显高于认知正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01),AD组营养不良比例明显高于MCI组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:MCI及AD高龄较认知正常老人身体营养受损程度更重,营养受损程度与认知障碍的严重程度关系密切。 Objective: To explore characteristics of nutritional status of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment an(l Alzheimer' s disease, and analyze relationship between nutrition and cognitive impairment. To provide clinical basis of nutrition intervention strategy for the future study of cognitive impairment in elderly patients. Methods: 121 elderly patients cases were chosen In total, 35 cases with normal cognitive function, 45 patients with MCI and 41 cases with AD patients. Evaluated Mental status and Nutritional status with MMSE and MNA, and tested nutrition correlation index including hemoglobin, serum albumin, and albumin, creatinine, etc. Results: 1. MCI and AD group of hemoglobin, prealbumin, albumin, creatinine, MNA values were lower than that of cognitive function in normal group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and hemoglobin, prealbumin, albumin, creatinine, MNA values of AD group are lower than that in MCI group (P<0.05, P<0.01). 2. Malnutrition and the potential risk of malnutrition of MCI and AD group was notably higher than normal group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and malnutrition rate AD group was obviously higher than that of MCI group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: MCI and AD age were significantly more impaired than cognitive normal elderly, and the degree of nutritional impairment was closely related to the severity of cognitive impairment.
