摘要
产后身痛是妇女产褥期常见病、多发病之一,立足于妇女产后多虚多瘀特点,临床辨证施治多以血虚、风寒、血瘀为出发点。中医学认为妇女产后亡血伤津致虚,余血浊液或胞衣残留或感染邪毒致瘀,此皆致为该病。治疗上杜师强调扶正祛邪为大法,辨证与辨病结合,通补并用,同时辅以畅情志、运脾胃。用药上导师善用藤类、虫类药物疏经通络止痛,此有百脉通则病自除之意。作者从"虚""瘀"着手,探讨产后身痛的病因病机及临床用药思路以指导临床应用。
