摘要
党支部是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,是凝聚党员力量的基层组织,为保持党的先进性,永葆党员的战斗力,需要不断提升党支部的学习力和创新力。在全面从严治党的背景下,根据高校党建工作的新任务与新要求,结合高校思想政治教育工作的特点,以A高校开展的学习型党支部创建工作为案例,对高校创建学习型党支部的重要意义、现状问题、要素分析与对策建议等方面进行研究。
The Party branch is the foundation of all the work and fighting capacity of the party, and the grassroots organization that condenses the strength of Party members. It is necessary to keep learning and improve the learning and innovation ability of the Party branch, in order to maintain the Party's advanced nature and keep the Party members' fighting power forever. Under the background of comprehensively strengthening the strict administration of the party, according to the new tasks and requirements of party building work in colleges and universities, combined with the characteristics of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper takes the construction of learning Party branch in A university as an example, it explores the significance, reality, main problems, factor analysis and countermeasures of the construction of learning Party branch in colleges and universities.
