摘要
文章以省属应用基础型地方高校向世界高水平应用研究型大学迈进为愿景,以培养轨道交通规划与管理方向的技术科学家、岗位业务能手等专业人才为目标,创建了基于OBE (Outcome Based Education)的轨道交通规划与管理方向非行业特色高校教研体系。介绍了轨道交通行业的发展现状、趋势,分析了非行业/行业特色高校教与研的发展形势;提出了轨道交通规划与管理方向的知识图谱、基于OBE理念的轨道交通规划与管理方向教研模式、OBE与政产学研用理念的扩展性融合。
With the prospect of the provincial university from cultivating personnel with basic practical abilities to proceed to world high-level applied research university in the years to come, and targeting at to train the technical scientists as well as specialists of certain posts for the industrial of rail transport planning and management, this paper constructs the system of teaching-researching of the rail transport planning and management branch for non-industrial characteristics university based on OBE (Outcome Based Education). It introduces the status quo and trends of the rail transport industry. It also compares the teaching-researching development trends of the non-characteristics and characteristics university. Then it proposes the knowledge map of rail transport planning and management, and the teaching-researching mode of rail transport planning and management, as well as the expansible integration between OBE and the idea of politics-industry-education-research-application.
