摘要
采用超声波辅助水提取芡实壳色素,以提取液的吸光度为评价指标,考察了超声波功率、提取温度、料液比等因素对芡实壳色素提取效果的影响,并研究了芡实壳提取液对真丝织物的染色性能。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:超声波功率225 W,温度90℃,料液比1∶50,时间10 min。提取液染色真丝织物的耐摩擦色牢度较好,但耐皂洗色牢度偏低。
Ultrasound-assisted water extraction was used to extract the pigment from shell of scutellaria baicalensis. Using the absorbance of the extraction liquid as the evaluation index, the effects of ultrasonic power, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction efficiency of the pigment from shell of scutellaria baicalensis and the pigment extraction liquid′s dyeing performance to silk were investigated. The results showed that the optimum extraction process was as follows: ultrasonic power 225 W, temperature 90 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶50, time 10 min. The rubbing fastness of silk fabrics dyed with extracted pigments was better, but the soaping fastness was low.
