摘要
目的对1997—2018年国内血液透析护理领域的相关文献进行文献计量学分析,了解国内血液透析护理的研究现状、研究热点及研究前沿,为该领域研究的进一步发展提供方向和思路。方法对中国知网数据库和万方数据库1997年1月1日—2018年7月18日公开发表的血液透析护理相关文献进行检索,利用BibExcel软件去重,Excel软件建立数据库,对发文数量、期刊分布情况、基金资助情况、文献研究地区和作者机构分布情况以及研究热点和前沿等内容进行统计分析。结果共纳入8 548篇文献;年度发文数量整体呈先增后减趋势,基金资助项目较少,核心期刊数量及发文数量较少;研究热点主要集中在维持性血液透析疗法、护理干预、尿毒症、并发症及动静脉内瘘等领域;研究前沿经历了3个发展阶段,未来将集中于优质护理、应用效果及集束化护理领域等。结论国内针对血液透析护理领域的文献数量大致呈上升趋势,研究内容较为丰富,但是地域分布较狭窄,基金资助较少,研究质量和水平有待进一步提升,今后需加大科研投入力度,提高该领域研究成果对临床实践的指导价值。
Objective To understand the research status,research hotspots and research fronts of domestic hemodialysis nursing by bibliometric analysis on literatures related to hemodialysis nursing research from 1997 to 2018 so as to provide a direction and thinking for further researches in the field.Methods We retrieved hemodialysis nursing related literatures published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and WanFang data from 1st January 1997 to 18th July 2018.The BibExcel was used to de-duplication,and Excel was to set up a database to carry out statistical analysis including the number of papers,periodical distribution,fund,areas of literature studies,author institution,research hotspots and fronts.Results A total of 8 548 literatures were included.The annual number of papers had a tendency firstly increasing and then decreasing overall;fund projects were less;the number of core journals and papers was small;the research hotspots were focus on hemodialysis therapies,nursing intervention,uremia,complications and internal arteriovenous fistula;research fronts underwent three stages of development,and the future of them would fasten on high quality nursing,application effects and bundled care.Conclusions The number of literatures on domestic hemodialysis nursing is increasing with rich contents.However,the geographical distribution is narrow,and fund is less,and study quality and level need to be further enhanced.Scientific research should be devoted heavily to improve the guideline value of research findings for clinical practice in the field.
