摘要
目的分析在血液净化中心护理质量管理中护理安全管理的应用价值。方法选择2021年4月—2022年4月在赤峰市医院血液净化中心工作的护理人员24名。按照时间段前后分组,2021年11—2022年4月施以护理安全管理作为研究组,2021年4—10月施以常规护理管理作为对照组。对比护理人员的护理质量评分、职业倦怠评分以及不良事件发生率。结果与对照组对比,研究组护理管理质量各项评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组职业倦怠评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良事件发生率为29.17%,高于研究组的0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析室护理质量管理中护理安全管理应用价值较高,可促进护理质量提升,减少不良事件,改善护理人员的职业倦怠感。
Objective To analyze the application value of nursing safety management in nursing quality management of blood purification center.Methods 24 nurses working in the blood purification center of Chifeng City Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected.Grouped before and after the time period,administered nursing safety management from November 2021 to April 2022 served as the research group.In addition,given routine nursing management from April to October 2021 served as the control group.Nursing staff were compared for nursing quality scores,burnout scores,and adverse event rates.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing management quality scores of the research group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational burnout score of the research group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the control group was 29.17%higher than that in the study group 0.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of nursing safety management in the nursing quality management of hemodialysis room is high,which can promote the improvement of nursing quality,reduce adverse events,improve the job burnout of nursing staff.
