摘要
文章以国家学前教育改革发展实验区(2016—2018年)芦溪县为例,调查学前教育师资配置现状。研究结果显示该县学前教育师资配置方式有变化、师幼比日趋合理、教师专业化水平有明显提升,这些与该县政府的加大学前教育投入、多渠道保证学前教育师资的供给、多途径提高幼师专业化水平等举措息息相关。这些经验对学前教育师资队伍的建设有一定的借鉴和推广价值。
The paper takes Luxi County as an example to investigate the present situation of pre-school education teacher allocation in the national experimental area of pre-school education reform and development (2016-2018). The results show that the allocation of preschool teachers in this county has changed, the ratio of teachers to pupils has become more reasonable, and the level of teachers' professionalization has been significantly improved. These are closely related to the measures taken by the county government to increase investment in pre-school education, ensure the supply of preschool teachers through multiple channels, and improve the level of pre-school teachers' professionalization through multiple methods. These experiences have certain reference and promotion value for constructing the team of pre-school education teachers.
