摘要
对63所幼儿园的问卷调查表明,近年来无锡市农村幼儿园师资性别结构有所改善、学历层次整体上移、专业化程度不断提高,但仍存在师资数量缺口较大、青年教师比例偏高、高级职称教师比例偏低、骨干教师配置不合理等问题。尤为严重的是,农村民办园师资在学历结构、职称结构、专业化程度和骨干教师比例方面均显著弱于公办园。建议建立政府、师范院校、幼儿园三位一体的协同保障机制,通过改革教师人事聘用制度、完善教师职称评定制度、建立薄弱幼儿园骨干教师培育制度,实施多样化教师培训等途径解决农村民办幼儿园师资力量薄弱的问题,推进农村幼儿园师资配置与结构的合理化。
A questionnaire survey of 63 rural kindergartens in Wuxi reveals that most of them have improved in teachers’ gendre structure,educational level and specialization.However,there still exist problems of shortage of teaching staff,high proportion of young teachers,low proportion of teachers with high professional titles and unreasonable allocation of key teachers.What makes matters worse,teaching staff in rural non-governmental kindergartens are strikingly inferior to those in public kindergartens in academic credentials,professional titles,specialization and proportion of backbone teachers.It is suggested that we establish a trinity cooperative mechanism guaranteed by government,teachers’ college and kindergarten.It is expected to solve the problem of faculty resources being weak in rural non-governmental kindergartens through reforming personnel employment system,perfecting title evaluation system and establishing backbone teacher training system in those comparatively weak kindergartens.By doing so,we hope to achieve a better teacher allocation and a reasonable faculty structure in rural kindergartens.
