摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种影响育龄妇女生育及代谢等多种功能的较常见的内分泌疾病,该病增加子宫内膜癌与卵巢癌的发生风险,并且与日益增加的亚临床心血管事件密切相关。PCOS具有高度的异质性,尚未清楚具体哪些因素可导致特定表型。目前研究显示,在环境因素的作用下,一些易感且具有保护性的基因组会通过表观遗传的作用修饰改变临床表型。微小核糖核酸(microRNA, miRNA)表达异常与多种疾病相关,例如糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、炎症及肿瘤,其可以调节基因的表达。目前在PCOS中已检测出一些与表观遗传相关的miRNA,本研究主要阐述miRNA在PCOS发病过程的作用。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common endocrine diseases affecting the reproductive and metabolic functions of women on reproductive age.PCOS increases the incidence of endometrial and ovarian cancer and is closely associated with an increasing number of subclinical cardiovascular events.PCOS is highly heterogeneous,and it is not yet clear which specific factors contribute to the occurrence of specific phenotypes.Current studies have shown that under the action of environmental factors,some susceptible and inherently protective genomes can change clinical phenotypes through the role of genetic epigenetic modification.Abnormal microRNA(miRNA)expression is associated with a variety of diseases,such as diabetes,insulin resistance,inflammation and tumors.miRNA can regulate gene expression,and some mirnas related to epigenetics have been detected in PCOS.This paper summarized the role of these related mirnas in the pathogenesis of PCOS.
