摘要
教师教育认证是对教师培养机构进行专业规范,提升教师培养质量的重要保障。通过梳理美国教师教育认证机构的历史演变,系统地探讨和分析美国教师教育领域的新近改革——两大认证机构的合并、新一代认证标准的修订,发现美国教师培养认证呈现出的注重学习结果评价,鼓励持续改进,坚持绩效本位等特点对我国教师教育质量保障有参考和启示意义。
Teacher Preparation Accreditation is an important guarantee for educator preparation providers to normalize specialty and enhance the quality of educator preparation.This study began with the historical evolution of American teacher preparation accreditation,systematically exploring and analyzing its new reform about the merger of the two accreditation agencies and revising of a new generation of teacher preparation accreditation and found that American Teacher Preparation Accreditation has formed a new pattern of emphasizing learning outcome evaluation,encouraging continuous improvement,and insisting in performance being the foremost,which are meaningful reference and enlightenment to the quality assurance of teacher preparation in China.
