摘要
当前教师需求市场存在着总体需求结构不平衡、农村中小学教师现状堪忧等问题。编制、财政和招聘等供给侧制度在不同程度上制约着教师的有效需求。适应教师需求结构发展变化,必须通过教师供给侧改革,构建教师教育培养新机制,建立有中国特色的教师教育体系,培育精品化教师培养机构,实施精英化教师培养制度,创新精准化教师培养模式。
There exist such contradictory problems as structural imbalance of demand and poor condition of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in the current market for teachers,which may be to a certain extent caused by the factors like Supply front system-Manning quotas,finance and employment for them. Therefore,the reform of supply front for teachers is recommended to construct the new system of teacher＇s education with Chinese characteristics,which might lead to the establishment of normal institution of best quality,the elite education system and precise cultivation pattern.
