“双一流”背景下创新人才科研环境评价体系研究 被引量:2

摘要 在建设"双一流"背景下,培养学生的学习能力、创新能力成为中国高校主要发展目标之一。因此提升高校教育水平、改善人才培养环境并评估科研环境质量就尤其重要。本文通过对国内高校状况的分析构建了三级指标体系,通过模糊评价法与层次分析法(AHP)对中南财经政法大学国际商务专业的科研创新环境进行评价和比较,并且对一级指标进行了分析。研究得出:高校应该进一步完善管理制度、人才培养制度和激励制度,并且要重视与加强学术交流以及导师团队建设。 Under the background of "Double First-Class",one of the mainly developmental goals of China’s colleges is to cultivate the students’ learning ability and innovation ability.Thus,it is extremely significant to promote the colleges’ education level,improve the talent cultivation environment and evaluate the scientific research environment.This paper evaluates and compares the scientific research innovation environment of the international business major in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.Furthermore,it analyses the general and sub-samples and the first-class targets.The paper accomplishes these tasks through constructing a three-level index system,fuzzy evaluation method and AHP.The study concludes that colleges and universities should further to improve the management system,personnel training system,and incentive system.And we must strengthen academic exchanges and the construction of the mentor team.
